J Park Management, LLC (“JPMLLC”) was formed in 2014 to manage the assets of high net worth investors. Today, JPMLLC is an external manager for a global investment firm that manages more than $10 billion in assets. JPMLLC invests in event-driven strategies primarily in equities and equity derivatives. We may invest across the capital structure when we see opportunities. While U.S. and Canada are our primary markets, we find and invest in opportunities globally.
