J Park Management, LLC (“JPMLLC”) manages a separately-managed account (SMA) for a global investment firm that has more than $10 billion in AUM. JPMLLC invests in event-driven strategies primarily in equities and equity derivatives. We may invest across the capital structure when we see opportunities.
